Leadership Summit

I had the pleasure of attending the 2007 African American Leadership Summit in July, where several Idahoans were honored.

The Summit brings together African American leaders from across the country and presents seminars and workshops on topics such as education, employment and entrepreneurship.

This year's keynote was given by Alphonso Jackson, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
