Dingell, Stupak Question FDA Plan to Outsource Jobs
Washington, D.C. – Rep. John D. Dingell (D-MI), Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, today sent the following letter to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Andrew von Eschenbach in light of recent reports that the FDA plans to outsource hundreds of jobs.
