(CBS Connecticut) – The House of Representatives has voted in favor its first major park service and public landss bill in five years — marking a step forward for Hartford’s Coltsville to become a national park.
Congressman John Larson praised the bipartisan support for the measure in the house, and the efforts of three Hartford Mayors and four U-S Senators for continuing to urge the measure forward.
