Sixers Call Up Malcolm Lee, Waive Drew Gordon

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — With several injuries to the team’s guards (Wroten, Shved) the Sixers have made a move to add some depth. On Friday, the team announced that they were calling up Malcolm Lee from the Delaware 87ers and to make room were releasing forward Drew Gordon.
Lee has appeared in four games and has made three starts for the Sevens this season.
The 43rd overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft also played three games with the Sixers in the preseason.
Gordon played in nine games for the Sixers this season. He averaged 1.9 points per game in 7.9 minutes of action per night.
