Josiah S. Neeley joined the Foundation in October of 2011 as a Policy Analyst for the Center for Tenth Amendment Studies and the Armstrong Center for Energy & the Environment.

Since joining the Foundation, Josiah has conducted research and published on a variety of topics, including water, environmental regulation, energy, administrative law, healthcare, antitrust, and constitutional law. His writing has appeared in the Houston Chronicle, the Austin American Statesman, the Dallas Morning News, The American Spectator, The American Conservative, the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal, and elsewhere.

Prior to joining TPPF, Josiah worked as an Associate for the firm of Bopp, Coleson & Bostrom in Terre Haute, Indiana, specializing in Constitutional Litigation. Josiah clerked for the Honorable Roger Vinson, a federal district court judge in Pensacola, Florida. He has a B.A. in Government and Philosophy from the University of Texas, a J.D. from the Notre Dame Law School as is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Josiah and his wife Nicole reside in Round Rock.
