When Elaine Turner — designer of handbags, shoes and women's accessories — steps out, she is never without a certain elegant style.
No surprise then that she was on brand in her ladylike fashion choices for the Houston Symphony Children's Fashion Show at River Oaks Country Club. She wore a striking jacket by Milly and capri pants by Theory. Naturally, her shoes were Elaine Turner as was her clutch, from the fall line.
