The Texas Public Policy Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Tax ID #74-2524057. We accept no government funds, nor do we perform contract research or accept funding to influence the outcome of a particular study or body of research. Contributions are spent in accordance with donor wishes and are consistent with the Foundation’s mission statement. We fully comply with state and federal reporting requirements and handle contributions with the utmost moral and legal integrity. The Texas Public Policy Foundation strives to respect donor privacy and individual philanthropic intent. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Code, we do not disclose donor information to the public or the press.
