The federal court has ruled that 11-month-old Ferouz Myuddin, born in Brisbane's Mater hospital to Rohingyan asylum-seeker parents, is not entitled to a visa to stay in Australia. The judge ruled that if you arrive in Australia by any means other than an aircraft, you're considered to have arrived by sea.
