Our mission is to unite mothers and families nationally who have had their children suffer injustice at the hands of their local Police Department. We will hold law enforcement accountable. Our mission is to have an integral role in the changes and dialogues that will protect and save lives.
We want the following policies and procedures changed and or implemented in every Police Department nationally:
MAPB will lobby for ALL law enforcement civil servants to submit to random drug testing.
MAPB will lobby for ALL law enforcement, when involved in an "Officer Involved Shooting" of an unarmed citizen to submit to blood testing immediately within an hour of the shooting.
MAPB will lobby for ALL law enforcement to wear body camera gear.
MAPB will lobby that ALL District Attorney procedures include an Officer's job performance background in all investigations and trials when an officer has killed an unarmed citizen.
MAPB will lobby for ALL District Attorney's procedures to include their investigation findings be reported to the local FBI.
