When do the A380s arrive? When does Wright amendment go away? Here’s a countdown clock!

Aviation enthusiast Greg Gayden had created a countdown clock at his website, DFW Tower.com, that lets us know how long it will be before several major aviation events occur in North Texas.

To wit, it’ll tell us the days, hours, minutes and seconds until:

– Qantas Airways begins flying Airbus A380s to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (Sept. 29);

– Emirates Airline begins flying Airbus A380s to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (Oct. 1);

– The Wright amendment ends (Oct. 13), and

– Etihad Airways begins service to D/FW Airport (Dec. 3).
