Members

Flower Mound Town Council Members are elected “at-large” and serve two-year terms. The Mayor, Place 2, and Place 4 are elected in even-numbered years, and Places 1, 3, and 5 are elected in odd-numbered years.

About the Council
All powers of the Town, and the determination of all matters of policy, are vested in the Town Council. The powers of the council include, but are not limited to, adoption of the annual Town budget, appointment of a Town Manager, Town Secretary, Town Attorney, and Municipal Judge, and provide vision and direction for all Town policies and initiatives.
