Methods of Payment Accepted
Payment in the form of cash, check, money order, MasterCard, or visa are accepted. Checks and money orders will be accepted if made payable to the Town of Flower Mound either in person or by mail to:

Items to Note

• Do not mail cash.
• If an alias warrant or capias profine warrant is issued, an additional $50 warrant fee will be assessed.
• If you are delinquent on your response, you will have a failure to appear charge filed and a $294 fee assessed.
• Incorrect checks will be returned and the case will remain open.
• Mailed payments must be post marked on or before your court appearance date, or a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
• Partial payments will not be accepted.
• Return checks will result in a $25 fee being assessed, your case will be considered open, and a warrant may be issued for your arrest until the fees have been paid in full.
• The court requires a Written Plea Reply Form with your payment.
• Two party checks are not acceptable.
• Warrants cannot be paid by check.

Payments in Person
Payments may be made in person at 4150 Kirkpatrick Lane between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding court holidays.
