Western Pump Station Phase I

Construction of a 26 MGD Pump Station and a 5 MG Ground  Storage Tank at 6600 Stonecrest Road, southeast of the intersection of Stonecrest Road and Sunrise Circle.

Status:
Project is 30% complete.

Start date:

$11,550,000

Work Completed:
Tank wall, floor, and dome are complete.  Building basement floors, walls, and columns are complete.

What to expect in the next month:
Building construction above grade will continue.  Tank walls will be completed.  Water line is being installed under US377 and along Stonecrest Rd.  Yard piping will continue.

FM2499 12-inch Water line Phase III and Long Prairie 12-inch Water line

Installation of 12-inch water line along the east side of FM2499 from north of Spinks Road to Silveron Blvd.

Status:
Dowager Utility Construction, Inc. is installing the waterline.

Raintree 12-inch Water Line
Installation of 12-inch water line along the east side of FM2499 from north of Spinks Road to Silveron Blvd.

Status: 
Wilson Contractor Services, LLC was awarded the contract at the October 5, 2014 Council meeting.

Start date: 
 It is anticipated that the project will start around January, 2015.

Estimated completion date: 
 It is anticipated that the contract will take 5 months to complete.

Project Budget: 
 $225,565.62

Work Completed: 
 The contract has been awarded and has been sent out to be conformed.

What to expect in the next month: 
 The pre-construction conference is scheduled for December 4, 2014.
