In 2013, Planning Services launched its new online development application and plan review process available through eTRAKiT.  The new process is designed to increase efficiency, improve customer service, and reduce the number of paper submittals.  It also allows for convenient online payment of fees.  Please go to the bottom of the page and click on the eTRAKiT button, or scan the QR code with your Smart device, to be directed to the site.

Submission Requirements:

The Town has specific submission requirements for each project type, and those are detailed in the checklists listed below.   A complete and accurate application will avoid unnecessary delays in the development review process.
