SCRANTON — Eric Matthew Frein has been replaced on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Yaser Abdel Said replaced Mr. Frein on the list this week. Mr. Said is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of his two teenage daughters, who died of multiple gunshot wounds on Jan. 1, 2008, in Irving, Texas.

Mr. Frein is charged with the first-degree murder of a law enforcement officer, terrorism and several other felonies after police say he killed Cpl. Bryon K. Dickson II and seriously wounded Trooper Alex T. Douglass during a sniper attack at the Blooming Grove barracks on Sept. 12. He remains in the Pike County Correctional Facility without bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday in the Pike County Courthouse in Milford.
