Two New TNT/Tacos and Tequila
We are opening up two TNT restaurants, one in San Antonio at the Mosaic apartment development and one in Uptown Dallas in the Quadrangle. The TNT concept was developed by Jim and Liz Baron, and David Pencsak. A sister concept to Blue Mesa Grill, TNT centers around two bars of its namesake, one for tacos and the other for tequila. Its design and inspiration is ‘elemental’. It includes a simple grill where skewers of meats, fish and vegetables are grilled to order and served as tacos, wraps and salads.
