The City of Weatherford's Code of Ordinances are the laws adopted by the City Council.

The online version of the City of Weatherford's Charter and Code of Ordinances is available through Municode. New ordinances that modify city code are updated quarterly. If you are unable to locate a current code, please visit our staff directory and contact the appropriate department.

Revised Zoning Ordinance Adopted
On January 11, 2011, the Weatherford City Council unanimously approved a major re-write to Title XII of the City's Municipal Code, more commonly referred to as the City's Zoning Ordinance.  The newly adopted Zoning Ordinance, including the sign ordinance, became effective January 27, 2011. The ordinances have been updated in the online code.
