In May, we announced we’d be collaborating with the brilliant minds behind the critically acclaimed web series High Maintenance to produce six new episodes of the show — a joint venture, if you will. And as superfans already know, the first three of these will be released on 11/11 on Vimeo On Demand. That’s right — a fresh stash of episodes is almost here.
For the past few months, Vimeo HQ has hosted the husband-and-wife team of Ben Sinclair (Actor/editor: Delocated, 30 Rock, The Big C) and Katja Blichfeld (Emmy Award-winning casting director: 30 Rock) as they’ve conceived, written, edited, and produced all-new episodes featuring maintainers both familiar and strange. It’s been a pleasure to have them around, and we’re super excited to shortly premiere longer, darker, funnier, more experimental episodes of High Maintenance as the first original series from Vimeo.
For those new to the show, there’s still time to get familiar with the nameless cannabis dealer (played by Sinclair) and his neurotic New York clients. Watch all 13 existing episodes for free on Vimeo.
