Abbott: Obama's action on immigration must be challenged

AUSTIN – Republican Gov.-elect Greg Abbott said Monday that "odds favor" that Texas will move in two weeks to sue the Obama administration over executive actions shielding as many as 5 million immigrants in this country illegally from deportation.
