    The City of Denton is considering a City-sponsored Municipal Setting Designation (MSD) for a 900-acre area bound by I-35, Westway Street, North Carroll Boulevard, Dallas Drive, North Bell Avenue, East McKinney Street, and South Crawford Street.

    EAST HICKORY STREET GRAND PROJECT UPDATE
    For Phase 4-B, traffic has been shifted to the south portion of the existing Hickory Street pavement and maintained as two-way traffic. This construction route has narrow lanes of 9 ft. width and 20 mph signs posted.
