Gas Well Hotline
If a resident has a question, concern, or complaint, they may call 940-349-8GAS (8427) to reach a live operator. During business hours, or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the call will be directed to the Gas Wells Division. During after-hours, or 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., calls will be directed to the non-emergency police desk. All calls will be answered in the order they are received.
