Event Information

CITY LIVING: A Corridor of Opportunity

City living in Dallas is more than elegant condos and luxurious lofts. More than 40,000 people now live in the 15 districts that make up Downtown Dallas, as defined by Downtown Dallas 360. And residential growth is occurring in all directions around the city’s core. More than 8,000 people call the urban core home and more than 5,000 units are either announced or under construction in the 15 districts.

On January 9, in partnership with Downtown Dallas, Inc., we will examine the magnetic draw of Downtown living and what it means for businesses wanting to serve residential neighborhoods now dotting Downtown's skyline.
