If you have a young family in Kansas, a new report finds a metro-area town is your best landing spot in the state.
According to a data from NerdWallet, Andover is the best place in Kansas for young families for the second year in a row.
The report looked at factors including the quality of public schools, affordable housing and local prosperity.
Mulvane took the third spot, while Wichita came in at No. 46.
Only towns with a population of 5,000 or above were examined by the study.
Daniel McCoy covers aviation, manufacturing and automotive.
