Rock Road Pie Five Pizza to open Dec. 19

Restaurateur Jim Stevens has wasted little time establishing the Pie Five Pizza franchise in Wichita.
He'll open his third Pie Five Restaurant on Dec. 19, this one at 2035 N. Rock Road, a site most recently occupied by Beauty First.
On-Site 360 Construction Services Inc. has been working to get the 2,400-square-foot site ready for the past few months.
Stevens, also an Applebee's franchisee, opened his second Pie Five location in October. That store is in a new strip center that was built in front of the Super Target in NewMarket Square.
Stevens also has a Pie Five location at 334 South Ridge Road, a site that opened in August.
Stevens has indicated he plans to open four Pie Five locations in Wichita.
