Chapman Homes is partnering with 1st Mortgages to provide lending for new-build home buyers.
The mortgage company works with home builders and local credit unions to provide financing for home buyers and has been working to expand its Wichita network since opening a local office earlier this year.
Colorado-based Financial Funding Solutions Inc. operates 1st Mortgages. Its Wichita office is co-located with Catholic Family Federal Credit Union at 717 N. Socora.
Chapman Homes builds custom homes in the Wichita area.
