Southwest Airlines will live webcast its annual shareholders meeting on May 14

Southwest Airlines will live webcast its annual shareholders meeting tomorrow at 10 a.m.

Gary Kelly, chairman and chief executive of the Dallas-based carrier, will lead the meeting.

At the meeting, Southwest will conduction the usual business: elect 10 directors to its board; conduct a nonbinding, advisory vote to approve certain executive officer compensation; ratify the selection of Ernst & Young as independent auditors for 2014; and any other business that may come up during the meeting. All of that and more can be found in the airline’s proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Southwest also will provide a replay of the webcast in the Investor Relations Events Calendar section of its website.
