New development in works for former Lullaby property in Stevens Point

An unnamed developer is considering an office and mixed-use project on the former Lullaby Furniture Factory site in downtown Stevens Point.

The city bought the property in 2009 and has since been working to clear contaminated soil from the vacant land. That work could be wrapped up in the coming weeks, and one suitor is studying the site for a project, said Community Development Director Michael Ostrowski.
