The top five home sales in Shelby County this week all rose above the $500,000 mark with the highest price tag near $1 million.

Located in Germantown off Forest Hill Irene Road in the 38139 ZIP code, a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom 6,811-square-foot property on a 0.52-acre lot was the biggest sale at $937,000.

In the 38111 Memphis ZIP code, a 4,827-square-foot house went for $675,000. The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath property is near High Point Terrace.

The third highest sale was in the 38017 Collierville ZIP code. The 4,637-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence near Houston Levee Road and Wolf River Blvd. sold for $550,000.

Rounding out the top five, another Germantown home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths sold for $540,000. The fifth highest home sale of the week was a 4,753-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home near Memphis Botanic Garden that sold for $520,000.
