It’s a good thing people have wide-ranging interests — even in their technology tastes — because there are enough new and updated gadgets to put something great under the tree for everyone.

Today we look at more tech gifts in a wide range of prices and for all ages.

Amazon Fire TV StickWhat it is: A streaming device for your TV that connects through Wi-Fi to your home network. The stick can stream Amazon Video (of course), Netflix, Hulu Plus, Showtime Anytime and more. It can also stream music services like Pandora and iHeartRadio or show your own video files if you’re running a PLEX server.

It plugs directly into your TV’s HDMI port, but it requires an external USB power source.

Who is it for: Anyone who likes to stream video content.

Cost: $39, but it’s been on sale a bit cheaper in Best Buy stores

Where can I get it: Amazon.com, Best Buy

Bose SoundLink ColorWhat is it: A portable speaker to play music from any device that can stream over Bluetooth.

Who is it for: Anyone who listens to music. The speaker is easy to pair and plays loud and clear. Easy-to-understand buttons are on the top. Bass is not the best, since it’s pretty small, but I was pleased with how it sounded. It comes in five colors and has a rechargeable battery that plays for eight hours.

Cost: $129

Where can I get it: AT&T stores, Bose stores, online

OllieWhat is it: A small wheeled robot. You control Ollie from a smartphone or tablet that has Bluetooth LE. With a top speed of 14 mph, Ollie is plenty fast and can turn on a dime and even do tricks.

It’s quite easy to drive Ollie, and it runs for an hour on a charge of its internal battery.

Who is it for: Kids or anyone who likes remote-control toys. It’s a good diversion for a few minutes, and it’s not too annoying for bystanders or office neighbors.

Cost: $99.99

Where can I get it: store.gosphero.com, Amazon, Apple stores, Best Buy, Brookstone, Toys R Us

STM Cable WrapWhat is it: An organizer for all the little things that rattle around in your computer bag. There are pockets and zippered compartments of varying sizes for your small gadgets, sync cables, headphones and chargers.

Put all your stuff in the Cable Wrap, fold it up and secure it with the adjustable strap.

It folds up to about the size of a paperback book.

Who is it for: Anyone with a backpack or computer bag.

Cost: $21.73 or less

Where can I get it: Amazon.com, REI

Kodak Pixpro SP360 Action CamWhat it is: A sturdy personal HD video camera designed to be mounted in a number of ways and in all types of conditions. This is Kodak’s answer to the popular GoPro line of video cameras. The SP360 has an extremely wide field of view, capturing 360 degrees of the image. You can change the look in the software after you shoot the video.

It’s Wi-Fi-enabled and can be controlled from iOS or Android devices.

Who is it for: Anyone who is into shooting video.

Cost: starting at $349 Where can I get it: Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Radio Shack (stores and online)
