The roll that Inmar is on just seems to gain speed.

This week, our Owen Covington talked with Inmar CEO David Mounts about the company's recent acquisitions three deals in three months that collectively add 400 people to its roster.

Now, Inmar has picked up a new client: The Golub Corp. has enlisted Inmar to manage the digital coupon program for its Price Chopper Supermarkets AdvantEdge Card loyalty program. Inmar assumed management on Dec. 1 from Zavers, a couponing program that Google launched in January 2013 but is now discontinuing.

The family-owned Golub, based in Schenectady, N.Y., operates 134 Price Chopper grocery stores in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

According to Inmar's announcement, shoppers visiting the Price Chopper website will have access to about 150 digital coupons, on average, at any given time. Also, under the relationship with Inmar, there's no limit to the offers loyalty members can load on their cards; previously, members were limited to 99 coupons.

"Their leveraging of our technology is going to give them a very real competitive advantage in a very demanding marketplace," Mounts said of Price Chopper.
