Orion: Colorado leaders celebrate successful mission (Video)

The first space test flight of the Colorado-spawned Orion space capsule was a success Friday — and Colorado leaders were quick to applaud the news and the role of the state's businesses in the achievement.

"Colorado has a vibrant and growing aerospace economy, and we believe the next giant leap into space begins here," Gov. John Hickenlooper said. "We are extremely proud of the state's vital role in America's return to human spaceflight."
