Scentsy, a manufacturer and distributor of wickless candles heated in ceramic candle warmers is one of America’s fastest growing consumer products companies. ESI has constructed a new 60-acre campus serving the company’s corporate, manufacturing and distribution arms.
The new campus includes a 168,000-square-foot four-story corporate headquarters, a 105,000-square-foot distribution center, a 56,000-square-foot remodeled warehouse for manufacturing space, a 20,000-square-foot building for facilities and maintenance and two additional buildings totaling over 100,000 square feet.
ESI also designed and constructed a rail spur and transfer and storage system for liquid wax deliveries utilizing the adjacent rail road tracks. The massive storage tanks are capable of accommodating up to one million pounds of wax.
