Quincy shopping center fetches $23 million

Kimco Realty has purchased North Quincy Plaza for $23 million, broker Cushman & Wakefield announced.
The center is anchored by a Hannaford supermarket and also includes as tenants Rite Aid, Citibank and Anytime Fitness, Cushman said in a prepared statement.
The parcel is 80,510 square feet.
According to Cushman, there are 146,700 people with an average household income of $80,000 within three miles.
