Small business lending totaled $108M for the 12 months ending Sept. 30, 2014, according to third quarter data released by the New Mexico Small Business Administration.

Both loan volume and the number of SBA loans were up in 2014, compared to this time last year. Small business loan volume increased 8 percent from $100M for the 12 months ending in Q3 2013 to $108M for the same period in 2014.

Wells Fargo Bank N.A. topped The List of SBA lenders in New Mexico, administering 46 7(a) loans totaling $15.3M.

Enchantment Land Certified Development Corp. had the most 504 loans in New Mexico with 23 loans totaling $12.4M.

See which other SBA lending companies made the list in the accompanying slideshow. To see the full list, look in the Dec. 5 weekly edition of Albuquerque Business First. (Subscribers can click here.)
