Lemon Truffle Strawberry Salad

½ cup of Central Market Aged Balsamic Vinegar

¾ cup Giovani Lemon Olive Oil

1 tsp Sabatino Truffle Salt

1 bag HEB Fresh Express 50 50 Mix or Spring Mix

½ cup sliced strawberries

½ red onion-diced

2 tbsp Shredded Parmesan cheese

½ cup crushed walnuts

Mix all ingredients in large salad bowl and serve chilled.
