RRC Email Address Policy
The Public Information Act, in sections 552.136 and 552.137 of the Texas Government Code, states that an email address of a member of the public that is provided for the purpose of communicating electronically with a governmental body is confidential and not subject to disclosure unless the member of the public affirmatively consents to its release. If you consent to allowing the Railroad Commission to release your email address or if you prefer for your email address to remain confidential, please indicate in the email preference field.
