Informal Comments Received on Draft Amendments to §§3.9, 3.36, and 3.46

The following are informal comments received by the RRC concerning draft amendments to §§3.9, 3.36, and 3.46 to address insufficient surface casing through the base of useable quality water in disposal wells and other requirements.
