As if EagleRidge is not causing enough problems in Denton…

This video was taken by an employee who works near the EagleRidge gas well that is directly across the street from UNT’s Apogee Athletic Stadium.

The employee and several coworkers evacuated the area and called the Denton police.

This event happened yesterday.

I’m thinking Shaletest needs to make a special project that’s all about EagleRidge.

At 15:45 on the afternoon of 2/4/2014. This gas well was making a loud hissing sound followed by several banging noises and then a strong chemical odor. I notified the TCEQ of the ongoing noise and odors. At around 5:00 when I drove back by the Gas well site the TCEQ inspectors were next to the gas well taking reading. Thank you TCEQ for the quick response to my concerns. I don’t get to say that very often but I think Eagleridge has such a nasty record and reputation, venting Flowback in Mansfield among numerous other, TCEQ inspectors are taking call concerning Eagleridge very seriously.
