Many people remain wary of the flu shot—the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates just 5 to 20 percent of Americans get the shot every year. Persistent myths are part of the reason, and the video above debunks the most pernicious one of all: That it's possible to get the flu from a flu shot. (Hint: It isn't.)
