IRVING -- Two more small earthquakes hit near Irving Monday and Tuesday, making five since Saturday.

The most recent was a 2.2-magnitude quake which hit two miles northeast of Irving Tuesday around 4:30 p.m., according to the United States Geological Survey.

The USGS said a 2.2-magnitude quake hit three miles east-northeast of Irving around 11:47 p.m. Monday and was 5 km deep.

No damage has been reported.

The frequent shaking over the past few days has caused some to wonder if fracking is to blame.

Nearly 1,000 people felt three of the quakes, the largest measuring at 3.3-magnitude.
