CBS This Morning host Norah O’Donnell noted on Monday morning that the Obama administration is still attempting the states of New York and New Jersey “to roll back the new Ebola rules.”

“Over the weekend, the White House pushed hard against New York and New Jersey and other states to drop the quarantine,” CBS correspondent Bill Plante also said.
