Code Enforcement & Landscape Administration

Code Enforcement & Landscape Administration is staffed by a code enforcement officer, a landscape & zoning inspector, and the landscape administrator. Together, they enforce development-related ordinances. They are involved with all phases of development to ensure compliance with city ordinances and codes.

Before Development: The landscape administrator reviews proposed development plans and permits for compliance with the Tree Preservation Ordinance, Landscape Ordinance, and other related regulations.
During Development: The landscape administrator and landscape & zoning inspector perform inspections to check for compliance with applicable regulations.
After Development: The landscape & zoning inspector reviews all sign permits and performs sign inspections. The landscape & zoning inspector and code enforcement officer periodically check developments for compliance with applicable regulations. They also respond to any complaints received.
