Facility Reservation Information

Facility reservations must be made in person at our office.

Residents can reserve a facility/pavilion up to 6 months in advance. Non-Residents may reserve a park/pavilion up to 30 days in advance.

Facility Reservations

The Southlake Senior Activity Center is available to rent to Southlake residents only. An off duty police officer must be present throughout the duration of the rental. To check date availability, please contact the Community Services Department at (817) 748-8019 or by email .

Park and Pavilion Reservations

1. Bob Jones Fishing Pier
        a.    Resident: $75 per 3 hours, $25 each additional hour
        b.    Non Resident: $90 per 3 hours, $30 each additional hour
        c.    Small pond available for fishing, anyone 16 or over must have a fishing license
        d.    $100 refundable deposit required for groups of 40 or more

2. Liberty Garden at Bicentennial Park
        a.    Resident: $30 per 3 hours, $10 each additional hour
        b.    Non Resident: $55 per 3 hours, $15 each additional hour
        c.    $100 refundable deposit required for groups of 40 or more

3. Lonesome Dove
        a.    Resident: $40 per 3 hours, $10 each additional hour
        b.    Non Resident: $55 per 3 hours, $15 each additional hour
        c.    $100 refundable deposit required for groups of 40 or more

4. Royal and Annie Smith
        a.    Resident: $40 per 3 hours, $10 each additional hour
        b.    Non Resident: $55 per 3 hours, $15 each additional hour
        c.    $100 refundable deposit required for groups of 40 or more

5. Noble Oaks
        a.    Resident: $40 per 3 hours, $10 each additional hour
        b.    Non Resident: $55 per 3 hours, $15 each additional hour
        c.    $100 refundable deposit required for groups of 40 or more

6. Liberty Park at Sheltonwood
        a.    Resident: $200 half day, $300 full day
        b.    Non Resident: $275 half day, $375 full day
        c.    $200 refundable deposit required
