Meet Our Staff

Soheila Phelps is a wife and mother of two sons and has lived in Southlake for 15 years. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business from Penn State University, is an active volunteer in her community and has worked closely with Southlake seniors for the last 6 years as an Executive Director of CARS (Call A Ride of Southlake, Inc.) before becoming the Senior Activity Center Coordinator.

Angela Fincher was born in Houston, TX. She is married with 3 children, Lauren (9), Lindsey (6) & Davin (3).
She has her Associate's degree in Health Information Management from Tyler Junior College & her Bachelor's degree in Gerontology from University of North Texas. Go Mean Green! She loves going to garage sales & planning parties.

Dolores Montelongo was born and raised in San Angelo,Texas. She has five daughters, whom are grown and gone: Susie, Rosie. Yvonne,Deborah and Cleopatra. She also has four grandchildren: Austin Andera, Matthew and Marissa. Dolores has a long work history but retired from Ethicon Inc. a J&J company with 37 years of service. She moved to the DFW area in 2004. Retirement was not for her and so she worked for EMSISD, Dillard's, Coach USA, American Red Cross and now for the Southlake Senior Center. Dolores says that she likes her job at the center because she fits right in with the rest of the seniors, and it is a lot of fun. For now, Dolores continue to work as long as her health holds up.
