Welcome to the Parks, Recreation & Open Space / Community Facilities web page of the Southlake 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
 
The plan was adopted by the Southlake City Council on March 19, 2013. This web page is dedicated to provide information on the Parks, Recreation & Open Space / Community Facilities Master Plan. 

The purpose of the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan / Community Facilities is two fold: one, to implement the Southlake 2030 Plan recommendations for parks, recreation and open space  and community facilities by better integrating parks planning with the land use and mobility elements and two, to respond to the needs expressed by Southlake citizens in their desires for leisure services and community facilities.
