The Metropolitan Opera’s production of “The Death of Klinghoffer” has been both praised and boycotted. The creators (including director Tom Morris, librettist Alice Goodman and Met General Manager Peter Gelb) and the critics weigh in. Plus: Hachette and Amazon have finally struck a deal.
