Welcome to Volunteer Southlake

It Just Takes Few Steps To Start Making A Difference

Complete the online Volunteer Application Form.
If you are 17 years or older, please complete an online Background Check Form or if you are 12 - 16 years old, please print and complete the Parental Consent Form and return it to us via e-mail, fax or mail. (Please note that the minimum age to volunteer is 12.)
Check your e-mail! Our Volunteer Coordinator will be contacting you within a few days with everything you need to know to begin volunteering!
