Property Tax bills for 2014 tax year that reflect a 3% residential homestead exemption were mailed by Tarrant County in error. Please disregard these bills. Later this month, Tarrant County will correct their website and mail corrected bills reflecting the Southlake City Council approved 10% residential homestead exemption. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This error does not impact those Southlake residents and businesses that do not claim the homestead exemption.

The County experienced a significant software conversion in the latter part of last year and experienced some technical challenges when attempting to modify homestead exemption rates. The City of Southlake is in contact with the County and will notify you of changes in the status of your bills. Please contact the Finance Department if you have any questions.
