The most fashionable intersection in Dallas has announced four new tenants, including one pop-up shop with celebrity ties and two beauty parlors. Highland Park Village welcomes Goop Pop Dallas curated by Gwyneth Paltrow on November 17, and it will stay open through December 14.

The Goop pop-up was designed in collaboration with Michelle Nussbaumer, owner of Ceylon et Cie in Dallas. With shades of pale pink and gray, the space reflects the Goop brand as well as Nussbaumer's aesthetic. Think a pagoda daybed flanked by two Belgian-painted Bliss Studio chests and Gracie screens custom-made for the space.

To kick off the "immersive brand experience," Goop will introduce the company's newest designer collaboration, Monique Lhuillier x Goop, a capsule collection of exclusive party pieces. Lhullier calls it "our modern take on day-to-evening looks," with a focus on separates and pops of color.

The two beauty newcomers include Dior Beauty, a "jewel box" of a boutique at only 500 square feet, and Bluemercury, a multi-brand beauty and skincare retailer with expert advisors selling top brands. Dior Beauty, slated to open in late spring 2015, is the first of its kind in the United States. Bluemercury is the first in Texas and is expected to open in early summer.

Adding to the list of fashionable designer stores is Giuseppe Zanotti, which will feature men's and women's footwear, jewelry, and accessories from the luxury Italian designer. It is the first Guiseppe Zanotti boutique in Texas, and it is slated for an early spring opening.

As previously announced, Tom Thumb is exiting the village, and that closing date is November 30.
