HIGHLIGHTS as of October 1, 2014

Jerry Brown (D) signed legislation that amends the state’s contraceptive coverage requirements by requiring that health plans cover all contraceptive methods, including nonprescription methods and voluntary sterilization, without co-payments, restrictions or delays.
